RESIST! ACTIONS, LISTS, LINKS for pushing back against DT and holding him/his administration accountable. A hopefully helpful page for the overwhelmed, bashful, frustrated, depressed, angry…
This is by no mean an exhaustive list – but the following progressive groups and links provide info, support and actions – focusing on the latter. Find what most speaks to you, sign-up and get to work! If you'd like this list as a word doc - email me (follows).
Note: Many of the Facebook groups are “closed” groups; requiring you request to join or have someone you know already in the group, invite you.
I did my best to chunk groups/pages in categories, but many overlap, while others that fit are not included simply because I don’t have the time + I don’t want to further overwhelm those looking for actions they can do.

National Screening Day - April 4
90 art house movie theatres across the country will participate in a screening of the 80’s movie 1984. April 4 was chosen because it's the day George Orwell's protagonist Winston Smith begins rebelling against his oppressive government. These theaters owners also strongly believe in supporting the National Endowment for the Arts and see any attempt to scuttle that program as an attack on free speech and creative expression through entertainment. This event provides a chance for communities to show their unity and have their voices heard.
